DIRECTIONS TO RALEIGH OFFICE
From I-440:
I-440 (Raleigh Beltline) to Lake Boone Trail Exit (Exit #5) go WEST (toward Rex Hospital) on Lake Boone Trail 8/10 mile to Lake Drive. You will pass Rex Hospital on the right, cross Blue Ridge Road and then turn RIGHT on Lake Drive. The office is in the 3rd building on the RIGHT. The address is 2709 on the building. The Raleigh Ophthalmology office is Suite 100.
From Wade Avenue:
Take Wade Avenue to Blue Ridge Road. (Coming from Raleigh turn RIGHT. Coming from RTP turn LEFT.) Go 7/10 mile on Blue Ridge Road to Lake Boone Trail. Turn LEFT. Go one block and turn RIGHT on Lake Drive. The office is in the 3rd building on the RIGHT. The address is 2709 on the building. The Raleigh Ophthalmology office is Suite 100.
From Glenwood Avenue (Rt. 70):
Take Duraleigh Road until it changes name to Blue Ridge Road (church on the left). The parking lot entrance for the building is on the RIGHT about 1/10 mile after the church. The address is 2709 on the building. The Raleigh Ophthalmology office is Suite 100.
From Lake Boone Trail:
Go WEST on Lake Boone Trail (toward Rex Hospital) 8/10 mile past the Beltline
to Lake Drive. You will pass Rex Hospital on the right, cross Blue Ridge Road
and then turn RIGHT on Lake Drive. The office is in the 3rd building on the RIGHT.
The address is 2709 on the building. The Raleigh Ophthalmology office is Suite
100.
There is parking on all sides of the building.

From Raleigh via I-540:
Exit at Falls of Neuse Road from I-540, turn left at the light.
Follow Falls of Neuse Road north for just over one mile. Turn
right onto Durant Road and go approximately 0.2 miles, passing
the WakeMed North Complex and Autumn River Apartments. Turn left
into Durant Medical Center. The address is 10880 Durant Road,
Suite 112.
From Raleigh via Falls of Neuse Road:
Head north on Falls of Neuse Road, past Strickland Road approximately
2 miles, turn right onto Durant Road and go approximately 0.2
miles, passing the WakeMed North Complex and Autumn River Apartments.
Turn left into Durant Medical Center. The address is 10880 Durant
Road, Suite 112.
From Raleigh via Capital Boulevard:
Follow Capital Boulevard/US 1 North past I-540 to the Durant
Road/Perry Creek Road intersection. There will be a light with
a left turn lane and a Hardee’s on the northwest corner.
Turn left at the light onto Durant Road. Go approximately 2.2
miles, pass the Bojangle’s on the right, and turn right
into Durant Medical Center. The address is 10880 Durant Road,
Suite 112.
From Wake Forest via Falls of Neuse Road:
Follow Falls of Neuse Road South past the water treatment plant
on your right. At the next light take a left onto Durant Road
and go approximately 0.2 miles, passing the WakeMed North Complex
and Autumn River Apartments. Turn left into Durant Medical Center.
The address is 10880 Durant Road, Suite 112.
From Wake Forest and points north via Capital Boulevard:
Follow Capital Boulevard/US 1 South to the Durant Road/Perry
Creek Road intersection. Make a right at the light onto Durant
